I designed a digital experience to build trust and encourage direct bookings by: • Creating a clear and trustworthy website structure, helping international users feel confident in the brand and offering • Integrating a persistent WhatsApp call-to-action, aligning with client needs and reducing friction in the booking process • Highlighting authentic local experiences alongside accommodation, strengthening the emotional value proposition • Surfacing key information such as location, amenities, and reviews, improving clarity and supporting decision-making • Designing for mobile-first usage, ensuring accessibility and usability for users planning and booking on the go

What I Learned
