Iteration is at the core of my design process, which can follow a more analytical path with a Design Thinking approach or a fast-paced, cross-functional team collaboration with Agile. My design solutions are supported by data and valuable insights from user research and usability testing. My research competencies are further reinforced by my PhD in Humanities.
